Terms and Conditions
The Small Print
Free miles entitlement will be as detailed on hiring schedules and the rates shown on hiring schedules will be the prevailing rates regardless of any offers stated.
Tyres that need to be replaced as a result of loss, vandalism or theft will remain rechargeable as will any damage that is considered to be unreasonable or as a result of clear negligence. This no quibble facility is only available through Kwik-Fit centres and on full maintenance contracts.
Fair condition costs will be identified on quotes when requested and on hiring schedules at time of contract agreement, rather than us making an assumption that any client would want a particular level of cover.
The value of loyalty rewards can change from time to time but will be detailed on quotes once you’ve let us know there’s a vehicle being directly replaced. Of course, you’ll see the rental reduction too!
Cost price leases are available at all times but the minimum qualifying criteria may change from time to time. Cost price leases will be calculated by a Director or Senior Manager.
We will do everything within our power to match a competitors rental but no guarantees are given that we will always be able to achieve this.
Some contract type changes may not be available as a result of financial or taxation based regulations. We will advise accordingly at the time of request.
No offers or benefits contained in this document (or any other) can be backdated and will not apply to any order already placed nor to any live contract.
Offers are not applicable to any short term hire or rental products.
TCHBL reserve the right to add, amend or delete any service, initiative or benefit offering at any time and to do so without notification.
We may from time to time agree separate terms with clients which will override any of the benefits stated. Any written agreement will take precedence over these benefits whether such agreement was in place either before or after January 1st 2006.
All offers and practices are subject to legislation and policy changes.
